1. When did you start smoking and why?- "I've always been facinated with cigars since my grand father used to make them in Puerto Rico, we used to have a farm there. But, he used to make them only for his personal use.I think I started smoking them a few years ago."
2. You are a singer, do you ever wonder if smoking might become a problem in your career?
- "Well smoking can be bad for singerers, but only if you smoke too much at a time. I take care of my voice though."
3. What inspired you to become a singer?- "I've been writing since I was 6 years old. Music runs in my family, my Mom, Aunt, and others used to sing at churches, special events, and wherever there were instruments and fiesta!"
4. Do you have another job? If so what is it and do you enjoy it?- "Well I'm a Massage Therapist and a Skin Specialist too, I wanted to go to college just in case. What I enjoy the most of course is singing!"
6. Is there a traditional dish you enjoy the most from your country of origin?
- Yes of coarse "Arroz con Gandules and Pasteles", the best!!
7. Is there anything you woould like to tell me about yourself that you would like my readers to know? (i.e. children, favorite cigar, etc.)
"I have one daughter that is the love of my life and my inspiration. My favorite cigar is Temptation! I'm a writer also and I'm in the middle of writing my first book and I'm so exited about it! I love also working out and spending time with my family and friends, plus I love going to the movies, and enjoy music a lot like house/electronica/dance. Love life to the fullest!!!"

I was really impressed by the spirit that Josie expressed. Very optimistic, kind, and fun. A Fiesta girl! I look forward to talking to her again. I have to give props to Destiny Brown Photography, they really did a great job with the photos.

She is obviously very beautiful and a talented singer! That she enjoys cigars would seem to make her the perfect woman :) I think she has a nice future ahead of her.

DeleteI know Josie very well! She used to dance with me at Tootsies a while back. Though I understand how embarrassing it is to admit she really does exotic dancing for work it's not nice to lie. She did go to massage therapy skool but dropped out. Yes she is a "party girl" for sure. Her voice not so good live but her producer did very good! All in all her life is a mystery but we all want to see someon with a kid be successful. Best of luck!

DeleteThere is no evidence saying that Josie Rosa is a Stripper. I don't know about you, but I don't go accusing people of anything until I have been given hard proof of the accusation. People like you should stop being spiteful of other people's successes.

DeleteShe used to strip at solid gold and tootsies and a few other places in ft.auderdale. I don't need to lie and if you were a singer trying to make it would you admit that kind of work. She is not a massage therapist. May want to ask her for her license if that's true. I'm not hating on her success. I hope she makes it to get out of that lifestyle. I used to dance with her. They fired her at tootsies for getting too drunk all the time. Look her up on google. But who cares if she is right? It's still a job.
